The route towards mental coaching passes from ourselves. who we are, how our brains are shaped, what we are influenced by, the dance made by the intelligence types, what our unconscious mind continuously tells us, in short everything that makes us. If we reduce mental coaching to uploading images to mind and reposing hope in them, we not only restrict what we can do, but also fail to get our share from an unlimited universe of opportunities and possibilities. This case of ours is similar to comparing the brightness of the sun with the spark of the fire.
